According to Andrew Ng, a globally recognized leader in artificial intelligence, AI hasn’t done as much as you may hear in the media.
In his November 6th blog post on The Batch, he states the “amplification effect” of fake engagement by bots on select messages on social media contributed to a much larger issue than any fake news or videos produced by AI, even though the media highlighted them.
